2025 is off to a great start! As always, we started the new year with Spring Training Week and took this time to return to our roots. Our training theme was "Support. Educate. Empower." This may sound familiar because it is the tagline we agreed upon when we re branded a few years ago. These three words represent the totality of our programs and the purpose of our existence as an organization. Whether it be with the youth, adults, volunteers, partners, staff, or even board members, we are committed to ensuring all feel supported; all are able to take the next step in their educational journey; and all feel empowered to achieve more.  

As we get ready to launch Spring programming, we are extremely enthused to share that ALL of our program sites are FULLY staffed! We saw incredible retention among staff and volunteers from last year to this year. This is a huge win for us since one of our main objectives during training was to be more intentional about building strong relationships. With so many team members returning, we are hopeful that many of the relationships built during the Fall will continue to grow stronger. We can not wait to get started!
